Creative people consider each day as a new challenge, and this is also the case at Linssen Yachts. On the basis of decades of experience, we at Linssen Yachts do everything in our power to make every customer’s dream of the ideal yacht come true and, where possible, satisfy their individual requirements with the sophisticated selection of options and versions on offer.
Yet this is only one aspect of the Linssen philosophy. We also constantly strive for innovation. Over the years Linssen has been continually trying to look at things from a new – and often unusual – perspective. After all, there is an important interaction between the human being as an individual, the boat as a valuable technical asset, and the water as an element. Three factors that are inextricably bound to each other. The challenge for Linssen is to develop products so as to ensure that human beings, technology and the element water are in optimum harmony.
Visitors to Linssen Yachts are impressed time and again by the different departments and organised way in which the yachts are built. They can feel the warmth of the corporate culture as, for Linssen, people are the key issue in two respects. On the one hand, our fine motor yachts are built for people. People who wish to enjoy their precious leisure time on board their yacht without a care. On the other hand, the boats are built by people. Each and every one of them craftsmen who put their heart and soul into their work each day and apply their individual creativity, craftsmanship and experience to make a top-quality product. This dedication, backed up by modern technologies and machinery, makes each Linssen a special possession.
Digital technologies are used to produce the structure, the interior layout and the technical installations on board a Linssen. And not only in theory, but also in practice. Cutting and milling machines translate computer data into fine components, which are assembled by the people in the boatyard to make an exact fit. It’s fascinating to see how many technical components are prefabricated before our fitters mount them in their final location in the boat. These components are tested before they are installed. This carefully constructed method of working is of decisive importance for the monitoring of quality. It is only in this way that creativity, experience and cutting-edge production techniques can produce motor yachts to a high standard. Each Linssen is a convincing example of this method.
